Jeans Resurrection Part 4: Jean skirt...Again

Have y'all ever checked out the awesome creations over at Brassy Apple? If not you should. I have been eyeballing the shaggy mosaic jeans pattern for some time now and I finally had an excuse to use it:

The final pair of Carly's jeans. These jeans were really in a sad state. There was no way of repairing them, so I opted to use my magic wand and turn them into.....
Aren't they fantastic!? (If I do say so myself.) Can I tell you how much I *heart* this skirt? If I had any prayer of ever fitting into it I would totally keep it for myself, but luckily for Carly that ain't happening any time soon ;-)Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures during the process. This was my escape project from all the craziness going on in my house! (Let's just say that one princess who just had her tonsils removed and one princess with a sinus infection to NOT equal a well-rested Mommy.) If you look at it inside out you can tell that all I did was hack off the legs of the jeans and make them into panels for the skirt.

I hope she likes it!
