Monday Weigh In

First of all, a big hello to my new readers! Last night I finally finished my tutorials page, so please go take a look, they are now all chronicled for easy access!

In other news, Ellie took her first steps yesterday. She walked from the coffee table to the couch (about 2 steps). Of course she only did this because she didn't know I was watching. She's like a little baby ninja. We've been gluten free for a month now, and I have to say I definitely feel a difference! And when Caroline (the one who actually has gluten issues) isn't around and I go for a donut I definitely pay for it the next day! Maybe I have gluten issues too?

Pounds lost: 7

Challenges this week: It has been FREEZING here. Well, freezing for Eastern NC, which is actually quite pleasant for other people I'm sure. But if it's below 40 I'm not taking my girls out for a walk, no matter how much I bundle them they complain. So I haven't really been exercising like I should.
Accomplishments this week: I bought a bike! Hopefully with it exercise won't be so much of a chore. Now I just need a trailer thingy for the back.

  1. I hate trying to find a time to exercise. I work part time, and then trying to get kids, and hubby where they need to go, and have food/clean clothes/clean house. So much to do, no time for everything.
    Suggestions?

  2. Kristie, I wish I knew. I have the same challenges, and the best I can do is overcome them about half the time.
