Weigh-in Monday

Starting Point: 175

Last Week's Weight: 170

This Week's Weight: 169

Pounds lost: 6

Challenges this week: Gluten. We have decided to try to go gluten-free since Caroline's doctor suspects a gluten intolerance. She wanted to do an endoscopy...I decided against it. We will be gluten free for several months and see if her GI issues clear up. More on that some other time.

Accomplishments this week: My clothes are starting to feel really loose. I have a couple of pairs of jeans that are falling off! Yay!

    Congrats on your weight loss! Isn't a great feeling when your pants start to feel lose! I am not there yet ( as I had recently gained most of the weight and my pants were all too tight!) But I look forward to it!

  2. Congratulations and keep on doing what you're doing! I almost hate to jump in the gluten-free bandwagon, but I must tell you that my doctor put me on a gluten free diet a year ago and I have lost 40 pounds. I started at 182 and am down to 142, and back in my normal clothes. My arthritis is WAY better also! Celiac disease runs in my family, and although I am just intolerant, what a difference it has made! I am on Pinterest, and have a gluten free board if you'd like to follow. It can be difficult at first, but now it's just routine. Here's my pinterest link:

  3. Very cool! That's a tremendous amount of weight to loss in that short of time - I bet that feels great, physically & emotionally! I weighed in last Wednesday at 178.2 (heaviest ever!)...I'm just doing Zumba Fitness 2, eating very healthy (lots of grains, wheats and proten & water!), along with the help of 2 books, the Abs Diet and Made To Crave. I snuck in a weigh in this past Saturday and I'm down 2 lbs! Can't wait to d my "official" weigh in tomorrow :)

  4. Congrats on the weight loss. I am at 153 this morning. My husband and I started a new diet last Friday. We will see how well we do. I am currently down 7 lbs.
